This is the same video that @earl of Rochester showed us a bit ago... I do believe that this is the History Room's E of R, and he's just trying to pass himself off as an average blue-jeans-wearing addle pate, when the reality is that he moonlights as a Regency era gent. But seriously, I love this guy's clothing... I just made a Regency style drop front dress with some elaborate tailoring in the bodice and now I am about to try making one of those cutaway men's frock coats just for the fun of it. It's an amazing look.

I actually have an equally eccentric friend who knows this guy. I had a look through his Facebook pics and thought omg there's my mate!
He is nuts but fair play for having the guts to walk around town. I am secretly envious of him.

I'd love to walk around town dressed in a Restoration-era gown, but I am almost certain that the hem of my dress would get caught in the gears of an escalator, and pull me in to my untimely demise.

I would be interesting if there was a town where the only attire permitted was historical attire. No obnoxious tourists in shorts or yoga pants
