Hello all you lovely people.
I go by the nom-de-plume of the Earl of Rochester, I chose the name because I admire his cheeky attitude, outrageous attitude to life and that he appears to be quite a scoundrel. I also grew up in Rochester, England and consider it my home town.
I'm interested in any and all aspects of History through to Prehistory and Palaeontology as well as collecting historical stuff.
In my spare time I like to ride with hounds and hunt around my large country estate, except that I don't actually have any dogs or an estate yet. My cat caught a mouse the other day though so as far as I'm concerned that means I can drink whisky and wear tweed in my garden.

Hear hear! I say, old boy, did the mouse make for a fine trophy or was it left for your hunting beast to amuse itself with?

My cat left the head, I'm considering having it mounted on my wall as a trophy.

Welcome pal ! Ohh . You need to stuff its head and put it on the wall. You need to come to Brazil, here we are having some wild boar overpopulation. I'm really willing to get a hunting license.
