A client of mine is managing the deceased estate of one of his friends. He has 100's of books in mint condition for sale at $3 each. (His friend was an impulse buyer and would buy entire authors works, but then never read them so they sat on his shelf unread) I just bought 40 Terry Pratchett books for $120 (Valued at $1400) . Anyway anyone who's interested he has all the works of the following author. Micheal Crichton, Ben Kane, Tony Park, Dan Brown, David Baldacci, Tom Clancy, Simon Scarrow, Paul Christopher, Dumas, Deighton, Jack Higgins (Yuck!!), Eric Flint, Alistar Mclean, GRR Martin, Alexander Kent and The entire Flashman and Hornblower series. He is also selling of a huge range of military books, mainly on the Australian and UK navy's. He's going to take a photo of all the military books so I can share what he's got.
I posted this here mainly regarding the History books, mainly on the US and Australian navy. Lots of books on the order of battle for WWI & WWII.
These books are so cheap and in such good condition that it may be worth some of you guys living in the UK and US getting some and I can post them to you.

WOW, It sounds really good. I bought an entire WWII collection by something like one dolar for book, in a book festival. I think that you really need the Uk navy book. It's probably awesome. I have a book with large review of main powerful corvettes and frigates from 1945-1999, and it is like drug. Really addicts you in naval themes. I'm really interested in naval history. I saw you saying about Australian Navy. Can you suggest some book to me?

The story of HMAS Perth who fought in the Mediterranean and Greece. Then in the Battle of Java where she was sunk and her men went into Japanese POW camps. An amazing, well researched and well told story.

They sound rather interesting, hopefully I'll be getting an actual house soon and be able to read proper books. I imagine it costs a fortune to send from Oz though and in some cases may be cheaper on Amazon.
I'll be interested to see the photo, thanks for the heads up.

To be honest I was thinking about going back there and buying everything he had on the RN and mailing it to you even in it costs $60 all up it's still a steal.
