I saw in here that there is a topic from history before the writing. So, as I feel such experiences should be traded and done so in their right places, I won't ruin a great forum with a joke; I would rather post a joke here.
I will share our experience - and I speak for me, Octavio and generalpl4gue.
We had a lot of history in our Law Degree - Living Dinosaurs, pieces of the Old World. We had a Professor whose name I shall not say, however, sHell and Exxon won't forget. This creature would lock us in the classroom to lecture about an old code of laws. Our country's law system is Civil Law and, as such, old codes fall in disuse when the new are promulgated. And there was the Dinosaur: lecturing a Code of Civil Process from 1973, years after the one from 2015 was promulgated. He would sit and tell stories of the Old ways instead of the New, which was the sole purpose of his class.
Basically, we had classes from a Dinosaur about something old and incapable of being to any use other than melancholic reminiscence from people who loved complexity and floral gardens of words. The thing is, he spiced things up with a little extra ingredient: he would sent a third of the class to a retake test just because. No reason, just because. He would find a way to send you to retake the tests if you wrote an A out of place. A single word was enough to sent you if he so desired, since he felt pleasure in proclaming to the world "I am important. My classes is so important and difficult that a third of the class always fail, such is the complexity of the topics" when in reality he was just an ill-loved dumb old man whose cases almost always ended being rejected before they even started and ends up being a torturer for people whose tests would be a risky gamble.
Having lived with a life-changing experience such as this, I ask of you fellow lords and ladies, have you had such similar experiences with the living Pokémon Fossils?
